What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us:
- Newsletter / lead magnets: your name and email address when you subscribe to receive a free ebook or a test report.
- Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), and the message you write.
- Purchases: payment data is handled on the sales platform (Hotmart) — we do NOT store banking details or credit card information.
- Free tools (offering, quizzes, honoring the excluded): the names you enter are processed solely in your browser to generate the image — they are NOT saved on any of our servers.
How we use your data
- To send you the free resource you requested (ebook, meditation, report).
- To respond to your inquiries by email or WhatsApp.
- To occasionally send you new articles, meditations, or invitations to group sessions — only if you subscribed to the newsletter.
- To process invoicing and provide support for completed purchases.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of interactive tools (e.g. remembering your progress in a quiz while you complete it). We do not require consent for these.
Additionally, Cloudflare (our hosting provider) measures site usage in an aggregated and anonymous way: it does NOT use tracking cookies or collect identifiable personal data. It only records pages visited, device, and country.
Third-party services
Some content on this site is loaded from external services:
- Google Fonts — for the Lora and Inter Tight typefaces.
- Font Awesome — for the icons.
- YouTube — for the embedded videos from the channel.
- Hotmart — to process purchases.
- WhatsApp — for the direct contact button.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you'd like more detail.
How long we keep your data
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe (every email includes an "unsubscribe" link).
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years in order to provide continuity to the inquiry.
- Purchases: the applicable legal billing retention periods.
Your rights
At any time you may:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter (link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to contacto@).
- Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

Security
The site is always served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Contact and newsletter forms are transmitted over an encrypted connection. The payment platform (Hotmart) complies with PCI-DSS standards for banking data.
Minors
This site is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us data, please contact us to have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes to the site. The current version is always the one published on this page. If the changes are substantial and affect your rights, we will notify you by email (if you are subscribed).
